Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Quantities of 10.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Customers will be notified if product is out of stock and will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks.
Sales Tax
Q: Why am I paying sales tax on my order?
A: We charge 6% sales tax on all orders being shipped to Kentucky. If your are a reseller or a non-profit organization, please submit a copy of your Kentucky sales tax certificate or your tax exempt certificate to One In Faith prior to paying for your order. Please fax to: (859) 272-6988.

Q: Can the products be personalized for my organization?

Care Instructions
Q: How do I care for individual magnets?
A: Magnets should be cleaned on the back prior to placement on a clean surface. As with any magnet, do not leave on a vehicle that remains in direct sunlight for long periods of time. When magnet is not in use, clean with mild soap and water and store in a flat position or on the side of your refrigerator.
Q: How do I care for display units and refills?
A: Displays can be dismantled to lay flat. Use the mailer as a storage box for times when magnets are not on display. Lay display/box flat when not in use. Magnet refills should also lay flat when not in use to prevent curling.
